ReEnvision Change - Interactive Community Workshops
Creating a New Relationship with Change
Rooted in Compassion and Trust
Move from resisting change to trusting change so that you can heal, grow, and make life choices that align with who you are becoming.
A series of four interactive community workshops that provide a gentle, intimate space to learn, share, and grow together.
Workshop Schedule. All sessions will be on Wednesdays from 3:00 - 4:30 pm Pacific | 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm Eastern
November 5 - Discover Your Approach to Change - Become more aware of the ways you interact with changes in your life so that you can choose to change with more grace, compassion, and personal agency.
November 19 - Develop a More Nuanced Language of Change - Expand the ways you articulate your experiences of change so that you can receive support and heal.
December 3 - Navigate the Uncertainties of Change - Discover various ways uncertainty impacts your transitions so that you are more prepared and can hold your own center even in times of deep uncertainty.
December 10 - Explore Nature-Inspired Ways to Change - Gain new insights about five ways nature responds to change so that you can open up to new ways to respond when life shifts around you.
Creating a new relationship with change is a process of discovery. We will embrace the wisdom of change personally and as a group to co-create new possibilities for moving forward.
In each interactive community workshop:
I will share an introduction to the theme of the workshop.
I will share specific prompting questions to give you the opportunity to reflect on your own experiences with each topic and surface new insights.
Each member of the group will have the opportunity to share their new discoveries. (optional)
As a group we will notice shared themes, deeper layers of wisdom, and the growing edge of our new awareness about change at this time.
Note: This workshop will have a personal focus rather than a client-based focus. As a result, I will not be offering any continuing education credits at this point.
As this new aspects of my work evolve and strengthen, I will likely open up a professional training option as well, but it is too soon to know what that will look like or when that will be scheduled.
